3) ...	each one of our adoption cats is given exercise time in the exercise pen, toys to play with, a snuggly to sleep on, and scratching pads?
4) ...	we have "snugglers" - volunteers who come in on a regular basis and simply hold and snuggle the cats and kittens to socialize them and help them become comfortable with human contact
5) ...	we have volunteers who come in and walk and exercise the dogs, and bathe and play with the puppies?
