Every month cats and dogs enter our shelter who have injuries or illnesses that are treatable and manageable. Sometimes we have the funds to provide proper veterinary care for them, more often we do not.

Our New Leash on Life program provides a war chest of funds that we can use for these special cases. A vet visit is $45 minimum, with tests, xrays, and or medicines, the bills are usually mount up to $200 – $400 for each animal with very special cases being even more costly. Won’t you give a gift today so that the next sweet injured or sick animal that enters the shelter can get proper care to put them on the road to finding that special family who will care for it for the rest of its life?
